Hello Deborah,
As the current
UK Panelist here at planDisney, I can completely relate to your question as I've recently had the very unmagical task of cancelling some of my own upcoming plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort. The global Covid-19 pandemic has an awful lot of holiday cancellations to answer for, doesn't it?!
Deborah, it sure sounds as if you'd made some carefully chosen plans via your
My Disney Experience account. And, although it is a real shame to see them cancelled, I feel sure that you'll be able to re-create them for your next practically perfect in every way holiday to the magic of
Walt Disney World Resort.
To cancel already made
Disney Park Pass reservations you'll first need to -
- Log into your
My Disney Experience account on a desktop computer
- Scroll down the page to
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets - On each day you've made plans for - click
View Details (on the right-hand side of your screen)
- This opens up a new page where you will have the option to
Cancel this Reservation Now with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, you'll be able to make all the necessary adjustments to your My Disney Experience account.
If you should encounter any difficulties, it's always possible to speak in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member who can assist you over the phone by dialling the UK
freephone number contained within this
Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us webpage.
I hope that I've been able to provide a little pixie-dusted insight for you today Deborah. If you should have any further questions for me concerning your next jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back anytime to planDisney.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
