Hi there Danielle! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I can certainly help you find the information to iron out those details before you get to the parks.
It sounds like you were able to verify your residency digitally at the time of purchase. Because you could not verify your husband's residency at the time of purchase, you will have to visit Guest Relations at any of the theme park entrances or at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Disney Springs is the way to go to save on your park time. I recommend stopping by the day before your park visit. To activate your theme park tickets, you'll be asked to show a valid Florida-issued driver's license or state ID or a valid Florida-based military ID. If you cannot provide any of these you can also provide Proof of Mortgage, a utility bill, or mail from a financial institution or government agency. All will need to be within the past two months. With that proof of residency, you will also need to provide picture identification. A passport, driver's license, state ID, company-issued ID, or student ID.
It sounds like you have plans to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort soon. Always remember to make park reservations before visiting by using the
Disney Park Pass System. And it is also obligatory to have tons of fun and do me a favor and tell Mickey and Minnie I said Hi!
I hope this information was helpful. And if you have any other questions make it back to
planDisney.com and we will be happy to help.
See ya real soon!
