Hello, Veronica,
In my experience, Cast Members stationed at the Disneyland Resort ticket booths have been encouraging Guests to purchase theme park tickets in the
Disneyland mobile app or
online. While they may be able to make exceptions for some cases, such as paying in cash, I have witnessed Cast Members ask Guests not to join the queue for the ticket booths to make the most common ticket purchases. If I’m not mistaken, your question may also have to do with making a theme park reservation. Note that whether tickets are purchased in the mobile app, online, or in-person at the ticket booths, the same park reservation requirement applies.
Currently, each Guest of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both valid
theme park admission and a
theme park reservation to enter the parks. As you’ve probably noticed, reservation availability has been pretty tight lately. With various school breaks and the popular
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival going on now, you and I aren’t the only ones currently dreaming of a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!
Tony’s Tip: To find a theme park reservation for visits to the Disneyland Resort, the best strategies are to book as early as possible or to check the
availability calendar often. You never know when other Guests may need to cancel their reservations, thus making them available to you!
I hope you can make your theme park ticket purchase and find a way to pay a visit to the Disneyland Resort, Veronica. I’m sending pixie dust and happy thoughts your way so you can
fly off to Neverland soon!
