Welcome to planDisney! I’m not sure when your visit is planned, but if it is this summer, I hope you took advantage of the incredible
Summer Vacation Package offer, which gave two free nights and theme park days for a 6-night visit, or the
free dining plan for kids. I’m always on the hunt to maximise my savings (and spend extra time in the theme parks), so I was super excited to see these deals announced.
But enough about Special Offers, let’s talk about the Magical Extras packet. I’m not sure which travel documents you are referring to, Karla, but my hunch is that you're talking about Magical Extras. This packet includes complimentary luggage tags, vouchers for select experiences, and your Magical Extras Savings Card, offering discounts reserved for Guests with Vacation Packages. In my experience, if I receive my packet in advance, it's about 2 weeks before my check-in. However, there have also been times when they didn’t arrive at my house before I departed, and in those cases, I’ve had to ask a Cast Member for them when I checked into my resort hotel. Unfortunately, there are no guarantees about when they will arrive, Karla. It is just one of those magical surprises, so if they haven’t arrived by that two-week window, then I would prepare to request them in person.
