I just purchased Disney pirate passes, can we visit multiple parks in one day with those passes?

    Hi Cindy,

Welcome to planDisney and to the world of the Florida Resident Annual Passholder!

As a passholder, you are about to unlock so many magical Walt Disney World experiences and create amazing memories with your family. And, good news! One of the many benefits of being a passholder is the ability to park hop. My family loves that flexibility. At least once a year, usually a couple of weeks before Christmas, we drive to Walt Disney World for the day and hit all four parks. It usually takes us about 10 hours and 20,000 steps to circle Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot to take in all the sights of the holidays.

A couple of things to remember: Unless it is a "Good to Go" day, you will need to make a park reservation for initial entry. And your first stop will need to be the park where you have the reservation. After you tap in there, you are free to move about the parks at will.

Also keep in mind that the Pirate Pass has some blockout dates, so you will want to be sure you plan to visit when your passes are valid.

I've been a Florida Resident Passholder for decades, and I'm still discovering new ways to add pixie dust to my passholder experience. This year, for example, I added the Disney PhotoPass Download option to my pass, and I've loved all the pictures and Magic Shots I've gotten with family and friends.

So make sure you take a little time to look through all the passholder benefits, Cindy, to be sure you are taking advantage of every discount and special perk that your Pirate Pass provides.

Have fun, and please let us know if you have any other questions about being a Florida passholder.

    Enjoy,

    Wilma
