    We purchased the Disney Photo Pass plus, but I can't figure out how to download my photos from the website. The only photos that show up in "my downloads" are the attraction photos. Please help! Thanks! :)

    Hi Jennifer,

    If you purchased the PhotoPass+, then you should have received a CD case with your purchase. In that case should have been a gallery PhotoCD of over 300 stock photos. Along with it should have been an instruction booklet with Disney PhotoCD ordering instructions. The cost of the PhotoPass+ includes the PhotoCD that will include ALL of your PhotoPass photos. You won't have to download them from the website since you will receive this PhotoCD and can download them from this CD for your personal use.

    In order to get this PhotoCD, you will go onto www.disneyphotopass.com and input the 16 digit code from the back of your PhotoPass+ (in addition to any other regular PhotoPass cards that you might also have obtained during your vacation). If you received any prints from Character Dining Experiences, you can also enter the 16-digit number printed on the upper right corner of the largest photo print. From there, you will place a Disney's PhotoCD in your cart. However, make sure you have done any edits or special borders before doing this so that they are all included. Then, you will enter the special promotional code listed in the booklet that came with the instructions in the Gallery PhotoCD case. By doing this, it will remove the cost of the PhotoCD from your oder. Then, you will complete your order according to the online instructions.
