    I purchased a Disney package on 4/20 I have not received my tickets yet. I need to know if I have park reservations all ready.

    It's exciting to hear you have a vacation coming up to experience all the magic of "The Happiest Place on Earth!"

    If you booked a Disneyland Resort vacation package with a Disneyland Resort hotel reservation and theme park tickets, you would also need theme park reservations for the dates you want to visit the theme parks. The theme park reservations are made separately through the Theme Park Reservations system. You would have had to make these reservations, or will need to make them if you haven't already. Keep in mind that you'll want to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see that the theme parks have reservations available for the days you wish to visit.

    If you have not yet received your tickets or have not yet linked them to your account to be able to make theme park reservations, my best suggestion is to reach out to the Disneyland Resort Tickets Services team at (714) 781-4636. You can also email the team. Another option is to contact them through the chat feature in the Disneyland Resort Mobile App. You can access the "Chat with Us" feature through the app's menu bar (the three stacked lines in the lower right corner of the app.)
