We purchased Disney magic bands. My daughter and I both have accounts and she linked her band to her account. However, the tickets (park hopper passes) were purchased under my account and now we cannot put her ticket on her band? Any idea how to fix thi

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Joanne! I have a great fix for you! I had to utilize these steps last year to help my best friends plan for our girls trip when we all had separate My Disney Experience accounts.

You’ll want to invite your daughter to “plan along with you” by adding her to your FRIENDS AND FAMILY list. Choose to ENTER THEIR NAME AND AGE. After inputting that information, you’ll see a place to add your daughter’s MyDisneyExperience.com email address. Once you send this invitation and she accepts, she’ll be added to your list. After this process is complete, you can then reassign the Park Hopper Ticket to her MagicBand in RESERVATIONS AND TICKETS. You’ll see “reassign ticket” to the right hand side of an unused park ticket. If you have further problems hooking up the two accounts, you can enlist the help of the Internet Help Desk Cast Members at (407) 939-4357.

If I can help you choose the perfect dining experience for your family trip or suggest an off-the-beaten-path tour for your to enjoy, please let me know. My mom and I experienced the Wild Africa Trek a few months ago and we adored it. I’ll see ya real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
