Hiya Sharie! Welcome back to planDisney!
I'm so excited to see that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just a few short weeks away. How lucky to be visiting during The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! The EARidescent magical touches sprinkled all around Walt Disney World are sure to make your vacation even more fabulous than you can imagine! I bet you have been looking forward to this for so long, so you must be so pumped! I know I spend those last few weeks before a visit picking out my park attire, getting those final plans buttoned up, and getting hyped up for the magic to come! So, I'm so happy to be able to help answer any last-minute questions you have before you set off on your fabulous adventure!
Like you, I always like to be sure all of my plans are good to go. After all, you’ve spent all this time putting them together, so it’s always good to double-check. As they say, better safe than sorry! So, let’s get to it! The best way to confirm your plans is via your My Disney Experience app. To start, open your My Disney Experience app and log into your account. Then, open the menu by clicking on the three horizontal stacked lines in the bottom right corner, and click on “Future Plans.” This is where you should see all of the details for your upcoming vacation, including all theme park tickets, park pass reservations, Disney Resort Collection hotel reservations, and any Advanced Dining Reservations. You can also click on each item to see more, like any friends or family linked to those reservations.
You mentioned that you can see your dining reservations and tickets, which is great! However, if a hotel reservation is not showing, you may just need to link it to your account. You can do so by following these steps:
- You will have received a confirmation email with the information needed to get this linked up. Open up that email and look for your reservation confirmation number.
- Once you have that handy, open up the My Disney Experience app and navigate to "Tickets and Passes."
- Then, click on "Link Tickets & Passes" and "Room with Tickets."
- Fill in your confirmation number and the last name on your reservation, and you are all set!
Now, you also mentioned wanting to check on your MagicBands, which you can also see in your My Disney Experience account. Simply open the menu again (three stacked lines in the bottom right corner), scroll down and select “My Profile.” From there, click on “MagicBands & Cards.” From here, you’ll be able to see your active MagicBands and any linked to your friends & family list. If you don’t see yours listed, simply select “Link a MagicBand or Card,” and follow the prompts to link it up.
I hope this has been helpful to you! As you continue to prep for your upcoming visit, know that we are here to help you make the most of your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation. So, please visit us again with any questions you may have.
Have a magical day!
