Hello, Candace!
Welcome to planDisney! I am glad to hear that you made so many core memories during your recent visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. You are probably still shimmering in Pixie Dust from all the EARidescent fun of the
50th Anniversary Celebration. I hope you were able to take in some of the new attractions and spectaculars created for the celebration. My favorite is
Disney Enchantment and
Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection.
The best way to keep those magical memories going is to enjoy your Memory Maker photos. I love using
Disney’s PhotoPass Service because it allows me to get out from behind my camera and into the picture with the rest of the family. I can finally enjoy being a part of the magical family photos.
I would be happy to help you with downloading all of your Memory Maker photos. Begin by signing in to your
My Disney Experience account from a computer or laptop. Click on the
My Photos tab under the My Disney Experience tab. Here you will see your entire photo gallery. If you traveled with other family and friends, click on the
Include Family & Friends button near the top right corner to see all your photos and videos. Select a photo by hovering over it and clicking on the checkmark in the top right corner of the photo. To select all of the photos in your Memory Maker account, scroll up near the top of the page and check the box to
Select all visible media. This will automagically, select every photo on your account, for download. Next, select the
Download button to begin the process. Your photos will be saved to a file wherever your downloads are stored on your computer.
Remember to download all your photos before they expire. Each photo is available for 45 days before they expire. You can also purchase an
Archive USB drive or DVD as a backup to your downloaded photos.
You are the magic!
Andrea
