Hiya Carolina,
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your Annual Pass question! First of all, welcome to the
Annual Passholder club, or as we lovingly call it in our house, the Mickey Mouse Club! Being a Florida resident and an Annual Passholder is truly magical. It gives you the freedom to pop into the parks for a few hours or spend an entire day soaking up the pixie dust, especially during the holiday season when the parks are extra merry and bright.
Now let’s dive right into your question! Since your little one is 2 years old, you won’t need to make
park reservations for them. Children under 3 are considered special guests of Mickey, and no park reservation or documentation is required. From my own experience, even when my daughter was close to turning 3 (and quite tall!), the most I was ever asked was her age. Once I shared that she was still 2, there were no further questions, easy as a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!
While you won’t need park reservations for your toddler, I do recommend including them when making
dining reservations. Be sure to include if you’ll need a highchair or booster seat. This helps ensure the Cast Members have an accurate headcount and can seat your party comfortably. I learned this the hard way once when I forgot to include my daughter on a reservation and had to wait a bit longer for a larger table. And as we all know, a hungry toddler can turn into a grumpy one faster than you can say snack break!
Carolina, I hope this helps put your mind at ease and makes planning your magical days a little smoother. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to stop by again.
See you real soon,
Christina
