    We purchased the Discover Disney 3 day ticket for our trip March 2nd-5th. They came in the mail as "Exchange Certificate cards" and must be exchanged for a ticket at a ticket sales booth. Can we do this at Downtown DIsney the day before we go to

    I love all the special perks Walt Disney World offers for Florida Residents!  The Discover Disney offer is an awesome deal.  You can exchange your vouchers at the Guest Relations in Downtown Disney.  This is a great plan and will save you some time on your park day.  Guest Relations is located next to the Team Disney store in Downtown Disney.
