I purchased discounted Canadian resident park hopper tickets for Disney World. We may want too exchange them for an annual pass. Is this possible?

    Hi Leissa,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

Often, tickets purchased using a Special Offer (such as the new Theme Park Ticket Offer for Canadian Residents) aren’t “upgradable”. The most you may be able to do would be to apply a portion of their value towards the purchase of a Walt Disney World Annual Pass, provided you have at least one day of admission or other entitlements left on the tickets, and that these entitlements haven’t expired.

If you have any questions, I encourage you to visit Guest Relations once you arrive or to contact Walt Disney World Resort in order to inquire as to their potential upgrade status.

I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to give you a more definitive answer. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions; we’ll always try to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
