We purchased the dinnng plan but I’m curious if room service meals are covered on that. We have a 2 year & 11 month old that are not included in the plans so if we order them meals will those be extra charges? We are staying at the Polynesian

Hi Lauren! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are going to have the BEST time staying at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows! I've stayed at this Disney Resort hotel a few times and it is definitely a family favorite. I love the laid-back tropical feel that it has and having access to the monorail is so convenient!

In my experience, you can use the Disney Dining Plan and Disney Deluxe Dining Plan for room service at deluxe resort hotels. These meals will use two Table-Service credits from your dining plan, per meal purchased. I like to dine at Kona Cafe which only uses one Table-Service credit per person, or Capt. Cook's which uses one Quick-Service credit per person (and the Polynesian Salad with Chicken at Capt. Cook's is delicious!).

For your little ones, any items that you order for them will be an additional charge. To keep costs down with our kids under 3-years old, we tried to dine at buffet and family-style restaurants where they could eat for free. 'Ohana in your Disney Resort hotel would be a great option for this type of meal. We also kept them snacking throughout the day to keep them content, then shared our food with them at mealtime.

I hope this helps you plan your Walt Disney World Resort visit, Lauren! Happy eating!
