We have purchased the dining plan for our upcoming trip, is it required to have reservations for all table service meals or can we just go to the restaurant we want?

    Hi Amy!

The Dining Plan can be a great value, and cost effective way to experience some of Disney's most wonderful restaurants!  While advanced dining reservations are not necessary, I recommend making them for at least those restaurants that you most want to dine at.  Depending upon the time of year you travel, the table-service establishments can get very crowded, and stand-by times (for parties without reservations) can exceed an hour or not be available at all.  It takes a bit of time and advanced planning to "think out" your dining choices, but in the end, I think it makes for a smoother, and more convenient trip.  My advice is to make reservations, and if your plans change spontaneously, you can always cancel.

You can make advanced dining reservations by calling 407-WDW-DINE up to 90 days before your visit.

    Have a wonderful visit!
