Hi there Darrell!
The Water Park Fun and More option is one of my favorite add-ons because you get so much for the price! If you have booked a vacation package from Disney, The standard pick up of tickets is 7 AM the day of your check in. I have read on various websites that you may pick up your tickets at the Guest Relations office in any of the parks two days prior to your resort check-in. Be patient because some Cast members are not aware of this feature and it may take a little bit of finessing the system to get it to work.
If you have purchased your tickets separately from the resort stay (not as a package) you should be able to pick up the tickets anytime at Disney Guest relations or Will Call windows. Do remember that once you use your ticket, you have fourteen days until they expire. If you add the non-expire option then you do not have to worry about it. Just to verify, I would call guest services and let them know you are planning to pick up your tickets prior to your resort stay. I hope this helps with your planning. Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel. Have a great time at the Walt Disney World Resort!!
