Hi there, Wing-Yiu,
Oh boy! If you have already received the Travel ePackage for your
Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth must be very soon. I’m sure you are very anxious to take in all the magic. So I can understand the concern you might feel when it seems your
Disney eTickets aren’t accessible.
In most cases, a Vacation Package travel ePackage will be available four days before you arrive at the Disneyland Resort. If the “Get eTickets” button isn’t opening a view of your tickets from within the
Disneyland mobile app, here are a few things I would recommend. From a web browser, you may visit the
Disneyland Resort website and look for the "
My Hotel Reservations" link under the "My Disneyland" menu. When your Vacation Package is linked to your account, you may find your Travel ePackage Documents there. You might also find your eTickets on the "Tickets and Passes" screen of the mobile app.
If you are still having difficulty, your travel agent should also be able to access your Travel ePackage. Or if you booked directly with Disney, you may reach out to the
Vacation Packages phone line. As a last resort, you may also find a Cast Member at the main entrance ticket booths or the front desk of your
Disneyland Resort Hotel to offer more assistance.
Tony’s Tip: Even before the Travel ePackage arrives for a Vacation Package, you may book the required
theme park reservations. To do so, visit the "
My Hotel Reservations" page. If you are staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels, you will even have access to
theme park reservations exclusively for hotel Guests.
Thanks for visiting us at planDisney, Wing-Yiu. If you have any more questions about your Disneyland Resort vacation, we’d be happy to help some more.
Have a magical time!
~Tony
