Hello Andy, and welcome to planDisney.
As the current
UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, I can totally relate to your cancelled holiday plans due to the global Covid-19 pandemic. During that difficult time, my own family had a couple of what should have been very jolly holidays to Walt Disney World Resort cancelled too.
Thankfully, as we continue
Returning to a World of Magic at Walt Disney World Resort, everything is slowly, but surely, heading back to somewhat resemblance of normal, and indeed many British Guests, like you and I are now venturing back to the Sunshine State of Florida for our magical fix of Disney.
When thinking about the 14-Day Ultimate Tickets that you intended to use back in the summer of 2020, it might be handy to know that
each Disney Theme Park Ticket is sold with its own particular Terms and Conditions and expiry.
Therefore, my top suggestion would be for you to seek the knowledgable advice of a Cast Member who will be best placed to advise on any possible ways forward with your unused tickets. There are 2 great ways to connect with Cast Members -
- Via this handy
online email form - By dialling the UK freephone number for
Disney Park Tickets contained within this handy
Walt Disney World Resort Phone DirectoryAndy, it might be good to know that our UK-exclusive tickets are now called
Magic Tickets! Magic Tickets offer Guests a very similar deal to the old-style Ultimate Tickets as they still include many of the bibbidi-bobbidi-benefits such as unlimited entrance into all 4 Disney Theme Parks (when combined with
Disney Park Pass reservations), 2
Disney Water Parks, plus
Memory Maker, and the
Park Hopper Option too!
Andy, I hope that I've been able to offer a little zip-a-dee-doo-dah insight for you today. If you should have further questions, then please do pop back to
me here at planDisney.Have a great Disney day ~
