    I have purchased 14 day ultimate park tickets in the UK, and was wondering if we can upgrade to Annual Passes before we arrive? And if so, how would it be possible to do this?

    As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney, it really is my pleasure to welcome you here today.

    As a previous Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World Resort, I can totally relate to your great question Clare as I actually purchased my own pass as an upgrade from an Ultimate Ticket!

    Becoming part of the Annual Passholder Program at Walt Disney World Resort had always been sort of a bucket list item for me.  So, I was truly delighted when I finally had a few yEARs where I knew I could get the very best value for money by upgrading my Ultimate Tickets

    I know it sounds a bit silly, but I really did feel like I joined the Mickey Mouse Club for real when I first became a card-carrying Annual Passholder!

    To the very best of my current knowledge, Guests are only able to upgrade unused Disney Theme Park Tickets to Annual Passes by visiting Guest Relations locations at Walt Disney World Resort, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.  Helpful Cast Members at Guest Relations will be on hand to fully discuss your ticketing options currently offered within the Annual Passholder Program, and of course to provide an up-to-date price to upgrade your present Ultimate Ticket. 

    My top planDisney tip for you would be that prior to upgrading to the Annual Passholder Program, ensure that you don't actually use your Ultimate Ticket to enter a Disney Theme Park as only unused days remaining on tickets can be used to purchase an upgrade.
