Hi Prithvi! Welcome to planDisney.
Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with my parents is one of my very favorite things – my children have made so many magical memories with their grandparents on our Disney trips, and we love sharing “remember when Grandma and I got that Mickey ice cream cone?” stories. It makes my heart happy to hear that you are planning to bring your mother with you on your vacation!
I want to be sure I understand your question. As I read it, you currently have four 5-day
theme park tickets, and you’re wanting to change your plans to add your mom so that you now have 5 four-day theme park tickets. Did I get that right?
Unfortunately,
Walt Disney World Resort tickets cannot be partially reassigned. Each ticket you purchase is assigned to one individual, so each of your four 5-day tickets can only be assigned to one person. For example, I could not use four days of a 5-day ticket and then give the last day to someone else. Once I have used one day on the ticket, all remaining days must be used by me.
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, so my advice is to enjoy that fifth day and bring your mother along for the fun. If you’d like to call and speak to a Cast Member about ways to make your plans work, you can reach the Existing Tickets line by
calling (407) 566-4985. They can help you think through your options, or if I didn’t quite understand your question, they’ll be able to assist you.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Prithvi! If you have any further questions as you plan and dream, please come back and see us.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
