I purchased a 1-Day Tier 4 Ticket with Admission to 1 Park. Can I change the name on the e-ticket? How many times can the name be changed? Thank you!

A warm planDisney welcome to you, Sarah. Thank you for bringing us your question.

I can't think of a better way to begin the New Year than by visiting the Disneyland Resort. One of the most exciting steps of the planning process for me is purchasing tickets, and it sounds like you can check that off your list!

Regarding your question, it seems that your arrival date has come and gone. Nevertheless, I will still answer your question in case you are visiting the Theme Park on a different day or for a future visit. To change the name of a ticket, you will need to call the Tickets phone line and speak to a Cast Member. There is not a limit to how many times you can change the name on a ticket. Before calling, I recommend having your order's confirmation number.

Tip: Did you know that you can enter the parks using the Disneyland Mobile App? You can also use the app to place Mobile Orders for food and drinks, check attraction wait times, and so much more.

Sarah, I hope you enjoy your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Your Pal,
    Alejandra
