I have purchased 5 - 4day - tickets for the the first week of December. However one person can't go. After changing the date in the app should I reassign it to myself or just leave it. They won't be able to go at a later date either.

    Hello Chris,

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

It's great to hear that you and a few of your fellow Mouseketeers are planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort to enjoy all the magic of the theme parks. It sounds like you'll be visiting during a very merry time of year, and that's also wonderful to hear. Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season is always so special, and the festive magic in the air makes for a memorable way to celebrate the spirit of the season.

If you have a Guest in your group to whom you assigned a theme park ticket, and now know that the Guest won't be able to join you, you can reassign the theme park ticket. A ticket can be reassigned so long as it has not yet been used, and that sounds like your situation. And since you know that the Guest won't be able to use the theme park ticket for a future date, you might want to consider reassigning it.

Chris, there are always so many joyous delights to experience at the Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays. One of my favorites is the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, and so I hope you get to enjoy the feeling of celebrating the holidays around the world.

Be sure to stay up to date with all that's happening at the Walt Disney World Resort by following the Disney Parks Blog. It's a fun way to stay in the know about all that magic that awaits you.

Here's wishing you a fun and wonderful holiday season visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
