I purchased a 2 1-Day tickets but wouldn't allow me to make a reservation. Does that mean I already have one?

    Hiya, Stephanie!

Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you sent this Disneyland Resort planning question to us hEAR!

I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see inside your My Disneyland Account, Stephanie, to see how, when, or where you originally purchased your Disneyland Theme Park Admission Tickets, but hEARs some general info that might be able to help:

~Park Pass Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance of your planned Disney days. If you purchased your park tickets from Disneyland.com within four months of your visit, you should have been instructed to make your Park Pass Reservation at the time of ticket checkout.

~If you purchased your tickets elsewhere and uploaded them to your My Disneyland Account or Disneyland Mobile App, you would have needed to make your Park Pass Reservations in a separate window/screen. Unfortunately, the system would not have prompted you to make these reservations after entering your ticket information.

~You should be able to double-check both your Disneyland Mobile App as well as email for confirmation of any selected Park Pass Reservations. In your email, search "Disney Destinations." Or, in your mobile app, click the gray icon that looks like three stacked lines. Click 'Future Plans' from this new screen (it should be the third option down on the left), which should pull up any upcoming Disneyland Resort Hotel, Dining, or Park Pass Reservations you already have scheduled for your upcoming Disney days.

I'm so sorry that this wasn't exactly the answer you were sEARching for, Stephanie, but I hope it helped to clEAR your question up a bit and also helped to find your reservations!
