Roy from North Yorkshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I've just purchased 4x14 day tickets to visit WDW next month and it looks as though I didn't change the start date (default is 11 Feb). I've been on hold for over an hour - Is there any other way to change the dates?

Hey Howdy Hey Roy and welcome to planDisney!

Looks like in just a few short weeks you will be welcoming spring into Walt Disney World Resort with us! I can understand the miss-step with the tickets and the start date because I have been there. You have a few options for getting this issue taken care of so let's go over ways to take care of this.

The first and easiest way to try and address this issue you MIGHT still be able to do through your My Disney Experience app. Log onto your app and on the bottom right you will see three horizontal lines. Tap on those and then tap on the "Tickets and Passes" menu. All of your tickets and who they are assigned to should pop up. If you click on one of them, you should still be able to change the date of the ticket for your trip in March. Just know that with this change, prices of tickets can change depending on the day and the month purchased, so if your new dates are more expensive, you will be charged the difference in the price.

If this does not work out as smoothly, the other way to get it done would be to call. Sounds like you have experienced long wait times, but hopefully once you get through it should be quick and easy. The phone number again to call Disney Park Tickets is 0800 16 90 730.

I hope one of these options works out for you and you can get this issue resolved quickly. Just know that Disney has typically honored all unexpired and unused tickets and has been able to move them to dates that you are able to use them, so you hopefully should not have any issue getting the process taken care of. I hope that you will have time on your trip carved out to visit EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. Such a great way to ring the spring and warmer months with a festive display of spring colors, gardening events and of course the seasonal food offerings!

If you have any further questions please let us know. We love talking about all things Disney!

    Happy planning,

    Nick
