I purchased 7 day tickets, but our trip is 8 days. If I take one day off, can I still use one of the park tickets on the 8th day we are there?

    Hi Jane!

No worries!  I am assuming you purchased the Magic Your Way tickets for your trip.  You will have 14 days to use your park admissions after you "activate" or use your ticket for the first time at a park.  So, you can take some time off from the parks if you have an extended vacation planned.

My family generally takes a resort or Downtown Disney day in the middle of our week there.  It's a great way to rest and rejuvenate for the remainder of the trip, and to enjoy all of the wonderful things at both of those places.

There are a few exceptions to the 14-day rule, (usually if you have complimentary tickets or special ticket types) but most of the tickets will give you 14 days to use your park admissions.  Here is a link to some Frequently Asked Questions about tickets at Walt Disney World.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
