It looks like your trip to the Disneyland Resort is right around the corner! I’ll be happy to help you with getting your
theme park tickets loaded into the Disneyland
mobile app. Let’s get started!
We’re going to start from the top, in your email inbox, where your tickets were delivered. Open the confirmation email and click the “Access Your eTickets” button. From here, copy and paste the ticket number(s) located under the barcode and put them in a note that you can go back to. Next, open the Disneyland mobile app and follow the process below:
- Tap the (≡) button.
- Tap “My Tickets & Passes.”
- Tap the (+) button in the top right corner.
- Tap “Link Tickets & Passes.”
- Tap “Type ID.”
- Paste your eTicket number.
- Tap “Link Media.”
Repeat Steps 5-7 if you have multiple tickets to add to your account.
