Hi Rebecca and
bienvenue to planDisney!
How exciting that you're planning a visit to my favourite European holiday destination -
Disneyland Paris!
First of all, I love the fact that you will be visiting for a good few days as that means you'll be able to enjoy all of the amazing things that Disneyland Paris has to offer. And, as you won't be trying to cram everything into a day, or two, you'll also be able to spend a little time soaking up the atmosphere and taking in all of the little things that make Disneyland Paris unique.
Going back to your question, Rebecca, if you have purchased 4-day Dated
Park Tickets directly from Disneyland Paris, these can be cancelled and refunded, without fees, up to 3 days before the selected visit date. You can cancel your tickets online directly from the "My Bookings" section in your Disney Account.
If you purchased your Park Tickets from a third-party travel agent, you will need to contact them directly to check what their cancellation policy is.
You can purchase a
Disneyland Pass via the following options:-
- At the Disneyland Pass ticket offices located at the entrance of
Disneyland Park.
- By calling us on +33 1 60 30 60 53. (National call rates apply; costs may vary according to the network.)
If you buy your Disneyland Pass at the dedicated ticket office at the entrance of Disneyland Park, it will be valid from the day of purchase.
If you buy your Disneyland Pass over the phone from the Guest Relations team, a voucher will be sent to you by post. This voucher will need to be exchanged on your first visit, for your final Disneyland Pass at the Disneyland Pass ticket offices. This voucher must be exchanged within 2 months of purchase. Your final Disneyland Pass will be valid from the date you exchange this at the ticket office.
The only thing that you would need to bear in mind, is, that when using a Disneyland Pass, you do need to
register your visit dates on a dedicated platform, in advance, with a limit of 3 simultaneous bookings.
Please also be aware that if purchasing a Bronze Pass, for a first visit of 2 consecutive days, day 2 registration is only possible once you have entered the Parks on day 1.
I hope that this information has been of use. Please feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney, if we can be of any further help with the planning of your trip.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
