Greetings, Meghan! I'm so excited to welcome you to planDisney and to help get you some answers to your questions so you can get back to planning the best visit ever to Disneyland Resort!
I understand you already have your multi-day tickets purchased and I'm glad that you already know about the requirement for each Guest to have both a valid admission ticket and a theme park reservation to be able to enter the
Disneyland Resort theme parks. Luckily, the process to purchase your theme park tickets and secure your theme park reservation is usually completed within the same set of steps, and the system will not let you exceed the original number of park reservations associated with your ticket purchase. So, it is very likely that you already have park reservations confirmed for you and your travel party! Just to be sure, let's go over how to verify this in your Disney account.
First, I recommend that you log in to the official Disneyland website and scroll to the "
My Plans" section which will display all of your currently held reservations. If you haven't already done so, make sure that your tickets are linked to your account by using the
Link Tickets and Passes page. Because your park reservations are always associated with a ticket or pass, sometimes all it takes is linking those tickets to your account for you to be able to see them loaded there. If they are not appearing under the My Plans screen, you may need to proceed with booking new park reservations and you can simply follow the steps on the
Tickets and Reservation Details page and select the option for Guests who already hold tickets and passes.
If you do run into problems finding reservation availability, especially on those popular weekend or holiday dates, don't give up! Guests tend to change plans frequently and if they cancel reservations, this can free up the inventory for other Guests (like yourself) to book their theme park reservations. So, don't hesitate to check back for reservation availability frequently, if needed. Finally, Meghan, if you are still noticing issues with your tickets or park reservations, please feel welcome to call and speak with a Cast Member using the
Tickets line or if you worked with a travel agent in your home country to secure your ticket purchase, they can also assist with park reservations!
I hope I've given a few helpful pieces of advice, Meghan. We love helping fellow Guests just like you, so please don't hesitate to come back to
planDisney if we can share any other suggestions for your next visit. I just know it's going to be spectacular!
Blue Skies and Sunshine,
Tishra
