Here’s the way I link tickets to my Disney account using the
Disneyland mobile app. Open the app and tap on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of your screen to reach the main menu. Select "Tickets and Passes" near the upper right corner to display any tickets or passes that were already linked. If there are none, tap the plus symbol and then select “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can enter the numbers manually or scan the bar code for each ticket with your smartphone’s camera. If you follow these steps and are still unable to link your tickets, I recommend calling the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you further.
Keep in mind that you might not be able to view your already-linked tickets under the “My Disneyland” tab when logged into your account on
Disneyland.com, although there is an option to link tickets there. However, if you linked them either online or in the
Disneyland mobile app and you do see them in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the app, you’re all set to make your
theme park reservations!
