    We purchased 2- 2 day tickets for the park on April 29, 2021. We have the bank statement showing this. We tried for 2 1/2 hours on the phone to get to talk to somebody to no avail. We need to know where these tickets are as we have no physical proof!

    Congratulations, it looks like you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort during The World’s Most Magical Celebration to be surrounded by many unique and new experiences during your visit such as the new nighttime spectacular - Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park!

    Ginny, I apologize that you have not received your ticket confirmation yet, because typically when purchases are made from disneyworld.com Guests have the option to print or download the tickets as PDF files, which should have also been emailed to you. If you can, Ginny, please check your computer downloads and email once again to make sure that you don’t already have your ticket PDF files. Sometimes emails have a way of entering other folders in our email system.

    If you still do not see those ticket files, Ginny, then may I suggest the following:

    Log into your Disney account and double-check “My Plans” in My Disney Experience. The tab is on the top right of the page and when you roll over it, it will say, “Dining, Resort Hotel and Tickets.” Sometimes purchases appear automatically in your account and other times you have to associate them by linking reservations and purchases.

    On the opened Disney website, on the far right, you will see a new feature with three options, Chat, Email, or Call. Click on any of those options to begin your process of retrieval of your ticket file. I have found that redialing sometimes gets me through to the queue. I apologize for these long waits, phone lines are bustling with activity right now because of our World Reopening and Updated Experiences, it is Walt Disney World Resort's 50th Anniversary, and the excitement of returning after we all experienced unprecedented difficulties is popular with many Guests.

    In the meantime, Ginny, please familiarize yourself with Disney Park Pass reservations with valid theme park admission in order to select which theme parks you will be visiting and when.
