Hello! We purchased 3-day tickets last March just prior to the shut-down. However, now our youngest is 3 years old and also requires a ticket. I have made reservations for the first three tickets, how can I add our youngest to the reservation?

    Hi Rachel,

Thanks for stopping by and visiting us at planDisney today, welcome. Please wish your youngest Mouseketeer a very happy belated birthday from all of us here at planDisney! Hakuna Matata, I too was in a similar situation with my youngest, except for tickets to Walt Disney World Resort. We can get this fixed in not time!

Rachel, what I recommend doing is verifying that it is availability to make a theme park reservation, first. If there is, you will want to purchase your youngest Mouseketeer a theme park ticket. You will then repeat the same steps you did before by linking your ticket to your Disney account and making your theme park reservations. After that, you’re all set!

If you have any trouble, or need additional help, you are more than welcome to give the Ticket Service line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help! In the meantime, please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    See ya real soon!
