I have purchased 3 day tickets with Genie + for 5 tickets and 2 tickets for 1 day (for Grandparents - they only want to go 1 day.) Tickets are linked and park passes linked however, I can't seem to add Genie + for the 2 tickets that are for only 1 day

Hey there, Cynthia, and welcome to planDisney! One of my favorite things about a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is that it’s the perfect destination for any age! It’s one of the few places where if you’re 6 or 60, it’s perfectly fine to have a melted ice cream bar - shaped like Mickey Mouse - running down your chin!

If you are having trouble adding the Genie+ Service to your single-day Theme Park Tickets, I suggest you reach out to an Existing Tickets Cast Member at (407) 934-7639 for further assistance. However, your trip is fast approaching, and you can choose to wait and add the Genie+ Service to your Theme Park Tickets after you arrive inside the Walt Disney World “bubble.” You can add Genie+ to your tickets on the morning of your Theme Park day after 12:01 a.m. EST. I know that sounds like a late night - or early morning - but you’ll probably already be awake bursting with excitement for your Disney vacation!

If you are staying in a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you can make your first Disney Genie+ reservation and Individual Lightning Lane purchase in the My Disney Experience Mobile App at 7 a.m the morning of your Theme Park day. If you are not staying on-site, you can still make your first Genie+ reservation at 7 a.m. but will have to wait until the Theme Park officially opens to make your Individual Lightning Lane purchases.

I hope this helps, Cynthia! Your Walt Disney World vacation awaits!
