Hey Teana!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question!
So far, the
Disneyland Resort announced
expiration date extensions for non-promotional single day tickets that expire on March 31, 2021 and wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021. These tickets will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021.
No announcements have been made regarding tickets that expire in 2022. I can certainly understand your hesitation to travel during these uncertain times. But, please don’t worry if you're unable to visit before your ticket’s expiration date. According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of
Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
If you have any additional questions regarding your tickets or would like to discuss alternative options, please reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member would be happy to assist you further.
