I purchased 3, 3 day tickets through AAA which are will call tickets. When picking up my tickets at my first reservation location, will I receive cards? Do I have to pick up the tickets at each park for each reservation? Can I request to change to mail?

Hey there, Lily, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! Your Walt Disney World Vacation will be here before you know it! And with the 50th Anniversary Celebration in full swing, now is a fantastic time to visit! Not that there is ever a bad time to visit Walt Disney World.

Lily, I have some great news for you: you may not even have to pick up physical Theme Park Ticket cards! When you purchased your Theme Park TIckets through AAA, you should have received a Will Call confirmation number or Ticket ID number. You can use either of these numbers to link your Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience Account. If you haven’t already, I recommend creating a My Disney Experience Account and downloading the My Disney Experience app to your mobile device. The My Disney Experience Account gives you a centralized place to manage all the intricacies of your Disney Vacation.

Once your Theme Park TIckets are linked to your My Disney Experience Account, you can create a MagicMobile Pass in the My Disney Experience app. Disney’s MagicMobile Service allows Guests to use their mobile device to access their resort entitlements, similar to a MagicBand or Theme Park Ticket card. In my opinion, a MagicMobile Pass is a great option to have, even if you primarily use it as a backup option.

If you prefer physical Theme Park Ticket cards, you can pick them up at a ticket window outside any Theme Park entrance or at the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs. When you pick up your Theme Park Ticket cards, all of your resort entitlements (like the number of theme park days you purchased) will be loaded onto each card, so you do not have to pick up a new card at each park. If you have some time built into your arrival schedule, I recommend grabbing your ticket cards in Disney Springs. This gives you the opportunity to have your cards in hand on the morning of your first park reservation and head straight into the fun! The last thing you want to do is stand in a ticket line watching everyone else head to the fun!

Lily, I am unsure if you can request mailed tickets after your order is completed. I suggest reaching out to an Existing Tickets Cast Member to see if this option is available to you.

I hope this helps, Lily! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
