    I purchased a 2 day ticket for starting November 1. Our trip is having to be canceled. Can I get a refund on these tickets

    As someone who adores her Walt Disney World Resort vacations and has had to cancel one in the past, I know how disappointing it is. Just like Nemo's dad, Marlin, it's "Good feelings gone." But like Dory said, "When life gets you down, you know what you gotta do? Just keep swimming." So, let's keep swimming and get you an answer today.

    Tickets for Walt Disney World are nontransferable and nonrefundable. So, unfortunately, you won't be able to cancel and receive a refund for your tickets. But the good news is that you should be able to apply the value of these tickets to a ticket purchase for a future visit! Once you have rescheduled your visit, just call a helpful Cast Member at (407) 939-1289 or (407) 934-7639 and let them know your new dates. They will be able to work their magic for you!
