    I purchased a 4 day ticket with park hopper option for my fiance and I but would like to upgrade to 6 day tickets with park hopper as we decided to extend our stay. Is there a way for me to do this prior to arriving or can this only be done onsite?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to answer your excellent question about upgrading Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

    Ticket upgrades must be made in person. Once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, you may upgrade your theme park tickets at any of the following locations:

    •   Walt Disney World Resort theme park and water park ticket windows
    •   Lobby Concierge desks at Walt Disney World Resort hotels
    •   Guest Relations Locations
    •   Guest Relations at Disney Springs
