Sometimes Stitch makes a real mess of things, unfortunately. I'm sorry you're experiencing a technical glitch, but I'm sure a Cast Member can assist you if you call the
Tickets phone line. They've helped me out before when I had tickets go electronically missing, so I have faith they'll be able to do the same for you. If you know the MyDisney account the tickets were purchased under, that will probably help!
You should have also received an e-mail confirmation of your ticket purchase, which will include the ticket ID number. If you haven't deleted the e-mail, you can try
linking the ticket again. If not, just go ahead and make the call. Cast Members are always happy to help in whatever way they possibly can.
