Purchased 2 day ticket, 1st day of use was on 6/21.Unfortunately we were not able to make it to 2nd day of reservation due to daughter’s broken arm which led to cancer diagnosis. Can an exception be made for 1 day pass or get ticket value to purchase new 1

Greetings, Talen and welcome to planDisney.

Thank you kindly for consulting planDisney, Talen. I am sorry to hear about your daughter’s situation and wish her all the very best and a quick recovery. Your question is a good one, and I recommend contacting Disneyland Resort – Tickets for assistance and direction. In assuming you may be able to use the value of the partially used ticket toward a purchase of a new ticket (not guaranteed) please link the new ticket to your Disney account or Disneyland Mobile App for safe-keeping and for any potential future use for making Disneyland Resort –Theme Park Reservations keeping the dates of usage in mind.

In planning your future visit kindly refer to the Disneyland Resort special events and tours calendar to help you decide based on what interests you. Perhaps you may wish to benefit from the convenience and proximity to Disneyland Resort theme parks and the Downtown Disney District by considering a stay at a Disneyland Resort hotel.

Talen, my heart goes out to your family and I wish your daughter the very best – hopefully, you can all return to Disneyland Resort soon, thank you for consulting planDisney, we are always here for you!
