Hello, I purchased a 3-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park Per Day for the dates 12/31-1/04, but I can't make park reservations in advance. and What is the latest time I can enter the park? Can you explain why this is? Thank You!

    Hi, Ying!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney to ask a question as you prepare for your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth. I hope you’re getting excited for all the magic that awaits!

It sounds like you want to make sure your theme park reservations are all set for your visit. The good news is that when you purchase theme park tickets online or with the Disneyland mobile app, the process currently includes booking a theme park reservation for your desired dates. If you purchased your ticket recently, chances are you already selected your theme park reservation dates at that time!

There are a couple ways to verify your reservation status. After purchasing your ticket, you should have received an email containing a confirmation number and the reservation details, including the reservation dates and the theme park you plan to visit each day. The subject line of my most recent ticket transaction email was “Disneyland Confirmation” along with the confirmation number, so try searching your email for that phrase.

You can also verify your theme park reservations by logging into your account on the Disneyland mobile app and selecting “Future Plans.” If you see your intended dates, you’re ready to go! If not, you can make a new reservation by scrolling down to the “Plan My Next Visit” section and selecting “Park Reservations.” If you’re still having trouble, please feel free to call (714) 781-4636 to speak directly with a Cast Member who can help.

Once you arrive, you can generally enter the parks at any time during normal operating hours (as long as capacity allows) right up until each theme park closes. The exception to this is if you plan to spend New Year’s Eve or another popular holiday in the parks, in which case it may be more difficult to enter later in the evening when crowds are heavy.

I hope this information helps, Ying, and that your Disneyland Resort vacation is pixie-dusted to perfection! Please don’t hesitate to write back and ask more questions before your adventure begins.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
