hello I purchased 4 2-day passes last year & then Disneyland closed. I would like to find out how to get a refund for my tickets

    Hi Cynthia,

Thanks for visiting planDisney, and thanks for your question.

While Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park theme park tickets are nonrefundable, you do have some flexibility in when you can use them to enjoy all the magic of the theme parks.

You can use your theme park tickets up until their expiration date, and after that, you can apply the price you paid for the tickets towards the purchase of new theme park tickets. There are also a number of ticket types for which the Disneyland Resort has extended the expiration dates, and you can check out the "Modifications and Cancellations" section on the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" page to get more information.

Be sure to check out the Disneyland Resort updates page for information to help you plan your visit. I also always encourage everyone to follow the Disney Parks Blog to stay in the know about all the exciting news and happenings at the Disneyland Resort.

Cynthia, here's hoping you get to plan a visit to "The Happiest Place on Earth" real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
