It’s a small world after all, Carey, and I’m so glad you found your way to planDisney!
I’m so sorry you haven’t been able to use your tickets to visit the
Happiest Place on Earth! Life has certainly thrown us a curveball lately, and we could all use some Disney magic to make us smile.
So, here’s the scoop on your
theme-park tickets. Unfortunately, Disneyland tickets are non-refundable. I don’t know the expiration date of your tickets, but from what you’re saying, it sounds like they may be expired at this point. All hope is not lost, though, Carey, I have some good news, too! Even though you can’t get a refund, typically you should be able to apply the amount you paid for your tickets toward the purchase of new tickets for a future visit, when you’re able to safely travel. When you’re ready to do that, I recommend calling a
Ticketing Cast Member for assistance. They will be able to talk through the options with you.
As for the latest restrictions within Disneyland Resort,
here’s what you need to know:
The State of California strongly recommends that all Guests be fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the Disneyland Resort. However, this is not required. In addition,
face coverings are required for all Guests ages 2 and up while indoors, including on many attractions and in enclosed transportation vehicles, regardless of vaccination status. Lastly, face coverings are optional for all Guests in outdoor common areas.
I sincerely hope you and your family will be able to travel to the
Disneyland Resort soon, Carey! I can’t wait for you all to walk down Main Street, U.S.A. together, and to experience the magic and joy of the Happiest Place on Earth! Please stop by with any additional questions… we’re all EARs!
Wishing you a pixie-dusted 2022!
