Hello there Karen
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for this question! It's always a pleasure to get to answer questions from a fellow Arizonan.
While
theme park tickets are non-refundable according to the
eTicket Terms & Conditions, I'm hoping some of my suggestions below my help as you continue to plan your upcoming trip.
The Disneyland Resort is committed to providing an accessible experience for Guests and offers the
Disability Access Service (DAS) for Guests who have difficulty tolerating extended waits in a conventional queue environment due to a disability. This may be an option to look into for your trip to be
a more comfortable experience for you.
Additionally, there are options for
ECV and wheelchair rentals at the Disneyland Resort as well as through ScooterBug, a Disney Featured Provider.
Lastly, I'll add that your multi-day tickets don't expire until 13 days after their first use. I'll often recommend adding in a rest day or two in between longer trips to give some downtime between park days, which can be a bit hectic!
If you have any additional questions about your specific situation, I'd recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Guest Information line. They should be able to help with any other follow-up questions related to the DAS service or your tickets that you might have.
Thanks again for stopping by, Karen! I hope you have a fantastic visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
