In my experience, theme park ticket expiration dates can usually be found in a couple of places. I always start by checking the ticket confirmation email in my inbox. Towards the end of that email, there is often a section called "Multi-Day Ticket Expiration" that describes the expiration date.
When I cannot find my email, I turn to the
Disneyland app. Open it up, tap the three lines at the bottom, and choose "My Tickets & Passes." If your tickets are linked to the app, you can usually spot the expiration date right at the bottom of each one.
From what I have seen with my own tickets, partially used multi-day theme park tickets often expire 13 days after their first use. If you have already used your tickets to enter a park, they may have reached their expiration date, though this can vary depending on the type of tickets you purchased. I recommend calling a Cast Member on the "
Tickets" line so they can look up the details for your specific tickets.
If your tickets have expired but were never used to enter a park, you may be able to apply the original purchase price toward new tickets, depending on the ticket policies. This is why it is always best to speak directly with a Cast Member who can walk you through your options.
