    I purchased 3-day passes for Dec 29-30, but I will not be able to make this trip now. I have not made park reservations for any of the passes. How do I access the passes when I reschedule for next year?

    Oh no, Andrea! I’m so sorry to hear you won’t be able to visit Walt Disney World as planned this year. While I know this must be an absolute bummer, rest assured that the magic will be waiting for you whenever you can visit again. Plus, so many fabulous things are coming to Walt Disney World next year, like the incredible new attraction, TRON Lightcycle/Run, opening in Magic Kingdom Park in the Spring. So, maybe you’ll get to check it out during your rescheduled vacation!

    Now, while your theme park tickets purchased for this year will expire, the value of those tickets will be valid indefinitely in your account. You can then apply that value toward purchasing new tickets for your rescheduled visit. To do so, you will need to speak to one of the wonderful Cast Members on the Ticket Services Team by calling (407) 939-5277. They will be happy to help you apply your credit whenever you are ready. Unfortunately, there is no way to apply the credit online at this time.

    Andrea, whenever you are able to visit is sure to be an incredible time to experience the magic. There is always something new and exciting to explore at Walt Disney World, and with The World's Most Magical Celebration running all through March 2023, the adventure will be waiting for you and your family!
