I purchased 2 day passes for my daughter and myself and then wanted to change to 3 day. I thought I cancelled the 2 day passes but I guess it was just reservations. Now we each for a 2 day pass and a 3 day pass. How do I cancel the 2 day passes?

Hello there, Jennifer. Welcome to planDisney. I'm so excited to hear you will be visiting Disneyland Resort soon.

Oh no. It sounds like you now have two sets of tickets for you and your daughter. You are correct that you can only cancel theme park reservations for a ticket. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel tickets. The eTicket Terms and Conditions state tickets are nonrefundable. I know this isn't helpful now, but for future visits, if you decide you want more days in the parks than your ticket, you can upgrade your ticket if it is wholly unused. If your 2-day tickets were purchased recently you have through January 12, 2025, to use them. I know this isn't what you were hoping to hear and if you have any further questions about your tickets you can always reach out to Ticket Services as well.

Now that your visit is just a few days away the entertainment schedule should be up to date and you will be able to see the times for the "Magic Happens" Parade, as well as the nighttime spectacular, Wondrous Journeys with projections. I was finally able to catch "Magic Happens" this week and it is not to be missed! Oh my goodness, it is such a fun parade! You may even see a few of your favorite characters walking around Main Street, U.S.A., right before the parade donning their Disney100 Celebration outfits.

Jennifer, thanks so much for stopping by. I hope your visit is full of magic!

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
