I purchased 3 day passes back in January 2020 and used 2 days out of the 3. I do not see my tickets linked to my account?

    Hi Norma,

Thank you for visiting us here at planDisney with your great question.  I was so excited to hear that Disneyland Resort will be reopening later this month, I can't wait to catch a glimpse of Sleeping Beauty Castle as we walk down Main Street U.S.A.!

Since many Theme Park Tickets have had the expiration date extended, you may have to try and re-link your existing Theme Park Tickets prior to making your Theme Park Reservations.  To do this, sign into your Disney Account on the official Disneyland Resort website and under the "My Disneyland" tab, select "Link Tickets".  From there, follow the prompts to link your Theme Park Tickets to your account.  You may not see your Theme Park Tickets in your account, so I suggest trying to make Theme Park Tickets after re-linking your tickets.

To make your Theme Park Reservations, under the "Parks & Tickets" tab, select "Theme Park Reservation Details".  On this page, click on "Make Park Reservations" and follow the prompts to secure your Theme Park Reservations.  If this does not work, you may need to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be able to help link your Theme Park Tickets to your account.

I hope you are able to successfully link your Theme Park Tickets, Norma.  With a little "Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust" you will be back visiting the Happiest Place on Earth soon!
