    Hi, I have purchased 4 day passes. I will be arriving to our resort Aug. 11-16, right now when I go to purchase fast passes, only August 11th shows up, I want to purchase for Aug. 12-15

    Oh bother... I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues when trying to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass for your upcoming visit. Guests with Disney Resort hotel reservations may begin securing Lightning Lane passes 7 days before their scheduled check-in date. Based on the arrival date you mentioned, you're within that window, so I recommend double-checking that your Resort hotel reservation is appropriately linked to your account in My Disney Experience. Then, ensure that your theme park tickets are also linked to your account and that you have theme park reservations made for each ticketed day, if your admission type requires them. Finally, I encourage you to check if any updates are available for the My Disney Experience mobile app. You'll want to be sure you're using the most up-to-date version available for the best experience.

    Jennifer, while I haven't had the opportunity to test out the new Lightning Lane pass system quite yet (but I'm counting down the days!), panelist friends have reported that each day must be added to the cart and paid for one day at a time. My panelist pals Betsy and Lauren recently used this service and confirmed that, once you purchase Lightning Lane passes for one day of your vacation, you should be prompted to add another day's worth of passes. That means you'll have several days' worth of transactions if your trip spans multiple days. If you're still encountering technical difficulties after trying all of the suggestions listed above, I recommend reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line for additional assistance.
