Aurelia from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello, I purchased a 2 day pass and only used 1 day. Unfortunately, I had a reservation for Dec. 3rd (the last day my pass allowed me to reserve) and my father passed on Dec. 2nd and I couldn’t go. Would I be able to get help with this please?

Hi Aurelia! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

You have my deepest sympathy for the loss of your father. I understand what a difficult time this must be.

I really wish I had a quick fix for your ticket issue. All theme park admission tickets are nonrefundable and must be used within 13 days from the first date of use. Admission tickets with unused remaining days after those 13 days are no longer valid and can't be refunded or reinstated.

If you know the dates you'd like to visit Disneyland Resort again, I'd suggest calling the Ticket Services phone line and speaking with a helpful Cast Member about any questions regarding your expired ticket and your new plans.

My sympathies again, Aurelia. I hope your next visit brings you joy.
