We purchased a 3 day pass for our trip to Disney World last Dec, but we were only able to use 2 days because one of us tested positive for COVID. Can we still use 1 day of our passes at a later date?

    Hi Celia! Welcome to planDisney!

I am so sorry to hear that Covid cut your Walt Disney World Resort vacation short. I imagine that must have been incredibly disappointing, and I do hope your family member is feeling better!

Unfortunately, Celia, because you used two days of your three-day Park Hopper Ticket in December, the third-day ticket would need to have been used within the specified window and has now expired. Because of this, the value of your unused day would be forfeited, and you would not be able to use this as a credit toward a future visit. Now, I know this is not the answer you were hoping for, so I would still recommend reaching out to Guest Relations, where a Cast Member may be able to provide some alternative solutions. While there are no guarantees, it definitely does not hurt to give it a try!

Celia, I do hope you will be able to schedule another trip to Walt Disney World Resort soon to finish up the vacation you had been dreaming of. There is always something new and exciting to explore, so I am sure whenever you can visit again will be a fabulous time to enjoy the magic.

Did you know that the new attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, is scheduled to open in Summer 2022 and will be the longest indoor coaster in the world? From the glimpses we have seen so far, it looks like the Walt Disney Imagineering Team have really outdone themselves with this intergalactic race through space in a car that rotates 360 degrees, ensuring you don't miss a second of your adventure with the Guardians of the Galaxy crew. September is always one of my favorite times to visit Walt Disney World, so I will most certainly be booking a fall visit this year to check out this exciting new attraction!

If you do decide to book another visit to Walt Disney World, please visit us again with any vacation planning questions you may have! We hope to see you again real soon!

    Bye for now!
