I’m so glad you found us here at the panel. As you know, the Disneyland Resort has been closed for some time now. I’m so grateful for the memories that I was able to create with my family and all of the visits we’ve had over the years. I think being away from the parks for so long has made me appreciate all of the times we were roaring down the Matterhorn Bobsleds or taking a trip around the world on “it’s a small world.”
I am so sorry that you have been unable to use your tickets with your family. Like you I’m hoping for the parks to open and have had to reschedule too many resort stays to count. At this time the Disneyland Resort is not providing any refunds for unused tickets. However, they did recently update their
policy on expired or expiring tickets. I would check to see if the tickets that you purchased fall into any of these categories. Most theme park tickets have been extended through December 16, 2021. With a little bit of Faith Trust and Pixie Dust, the parks will be open with enough time to plan a trip before they expire. If you feel like you still want to explore other options, I would call
Ticket Services and see if there is anything else they might be able to do for you.
